Learning Program Delivery Lead (temporary contract for 9 months)

About the Role
As Programme Delivery Lead, you'll be the backbone of our learning and talent initiatives, ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery of learning and talent programmes. You'll coordinate complex programmes with precision, manage stakeholder communications, and drive operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of quality and participant experience.
From planning and delivery through to reporting and continuous improvement, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful programme outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Programme setup & logistics: Support participants, coordinate logistics, and build delivery roadmaps with clear milestones, communications, and stakeholder alignment
- Stakeholder coordination & communication: Maintain active engagement with all key stakeholders related to programme delivery and manage communication channels including SharePoint, email, and MS Teams
- Event management: Book venues and arrange catering for in-person events, send calendar invites, and coordinate participant travel/accommodation needs
- Programme administration: Monitor shared mailboxes daily, respond to participant queries, and support the Programme Manager with day-to-day coordination
- Documentation and reporting: Create surveys and feedback forms, collect and analyze data, and prepare presentation decks summarizing key themes and KPIs for senior stakeholders
- Project management: Develop and maintain project plans in PortfolioOne, including business cases, milestone plans, governance structures, and other required artifacts
- End-to-end delivery: Co-manage the delivery of various programme elements and events (both virtual and in-person) in conjunction with the Programme Manager
- Process improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and programme effectiveness

The HR Learning Delivery team is responsible for supporting the organization, planning, delivery, and execution of all learning and talent programmes at Swiss Re. We work collaboratively to create impactful development experiences that enhance employee capabilities and drive organizational performance.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in learning delivery, programme coordination, or project management roles
- Demonstrated expertise in event planning and logistics coordination
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
- Experience in data collection, analysis, and creating compelling presentation materials for various audiences
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (mid-scale projects)

- Knowledge of survey design and feedback collection methods
- Experience coordinating learning programmes or talent development initiatives
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across organizational levels
- Familiarity with the insurance or financial services industry
- Experience working in a global, matrix organization
For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1800 and EUR 3000 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
