Marketing Operations Manager (maternity cover)

We're looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager who can implement processes, track progress, and support compliance while contributing to our marketing strategy and sales excellence initiatives. 

 

About the Role 

 

As our Marketing Operations Manager, you'll be the operational backbone of our Marketing Strategy & Sales Excellence team, ensuring smooth functioning and continuous enhancement of our global marketing efforts. You'll implement collaborative processes, track key performance indicators, and support compliance with various requirements while enabling our teams to deliver exceptional results. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Process Implementation - Design and implement effective processes for the newly created global Marketing function to enhance collaboration across teams 
  • Performance Tracking - Regularly monitor and report on Marketing KPIs and progress on various initiatives to leadership team to drive continuous improvement 
  • Budget Management - Monitor budget adherence for Marketing team cost centers with support from the cost manager 
  • Digital Asset Management - Oversee Marketing sharepoint sites, sub-sites, and other team channels to ensure optimal organization and accessibility 
  • Program Coordination - Coordinate select programme in support of sales excellence managers  (e.g. sales onboarding programme)
  • Change Management - Provide support for select new technology and practices implementations within the Marketing function, including delivery of training 
  • Strategic Backup - Serve as delegate for Marketing Sr Strategy Manager when needed

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements: 

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Finance, Marketing, Strategy or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional-level experience in strategy, project management, change management and/or operations 
  • Solid analytical, planning and project management capabilities
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong PowerPoint skills with good storytelling and visualization abilities 

 

These are additional nice to haves: 

 

  • Experience working in a global, matrix organization
  • Experience working with and presenting to senior stakeholders 
  • Client-focused mindset with strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of budget management processes and financial tracking
  • Experience in change management and training delivery 
  • Experience with AI prompting (ideally MS Co-pilot and ChatGPT)  

 

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1,900 and EUR 3,200 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
•    the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
•    the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
