About the Role
As a Group Data Services Enablement Specialist, you'll be the operational cornerstone that enables consistent, high-quality service delivery across our organization. You'll coordinate critical processes, facilitate knowledge sharing, and drive strategic initiatives that enhance our department's effectiveness and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence
- Coordinate key routines and events that keep GDS functioning efficiently
- Track objectives, facilitate quarterly business reviews, and manage strategic initiatives to align with organizational goals
- Identify process improvements and enhance documentation and workflows
- Provide professional administrative support by managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, creating presentations, and organizing events to ensure smooth operations
Communications & Engagement
- Prepare internal communications and coordinate cross-departmental information flows
- Ensure high-quality presentations and materials that represent the department professionally
Learning & Development
- Support capability-building initiatives and training programs
- Collaborate with SMEs to develop effective learning content
- Maintain visibility of learning opportunities across the organization
Performance & Governance
- Reinforce operational discipline and best practices
- Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance departmental performance
About the Team
You'll be joining the Data Strategy & Operations team, which shapes Group Data Services' strategic direction and transformation while ensuring smooth operations with meticulous risk management. We bridge strategy and delivery - an energetic, solution-oriented team that thrives on collaboration, creativity, and making things happen. Our GDS Enablement team supports operations, awareness, and performance across all GDS departments, making the organization more client-focused, efficient, technically stronger, and profitable through process improvements and risk mitigation.

Your proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to build relationships across teams makes you an ideal candidate for this role. We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
- Previous experience in operations, enablement, coordination, communications, or project support
- Strong coordination and organizational skills with high attention to detail and quality
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines effectively
- Ability to translate and simplify complex concepts
- Strong planning skills (or experience with managing projects)
- Adaptability with new tools and strategies and ability to navigate through ambiguity
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ability to use AI tools/prompting
These are additional nice to haves:
- Familiarity with quarterly business review frameworks or governance processes
- Understanding of data or technical environments (beneficial, not required)
- Creativity and strong creative mindset, particularly in shaping engaging content, initiatives, and experiences
For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1,900 and EUR 3,200 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
- the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
- the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
