About your role:
Join us as an Operations Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in driving our Engineering team's success at Swiss Re. Your role will be varied and engaging, involving several key responsibilities.
Your role will include:
- Keep track of action items and coordinate the team's day-to-day tasks, including passing actions to the respective workstream and following up on progress.
- Support the Engineering CoE in managing incoming emails and appointments.
- Gather data for reports and analyse simple data from our dashboards.
- Gather data and content for management presentations and quarterly review processes.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings and workshops.
- Help implement and monitor new processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation for internal processes and procedures.
- Maintain an efficient filing system for CoE documents.
- Provide administrative support for ad-hoc projects as needed.
About you:
You’re a well-structured person and keep oversight over many action items across multiple workstreams and topics in a fast-paced environment. You bring:
- Flexibility and curiosity play a role in your ability to learn new skills quickly.
- Proactivity, can-do attitude, and flexibility.
- Hands-on experience supporting project delivery and operations using JIRA, with a background in project coordination and operational support.
- Good communication in English (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in virtual teams across multiple locations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Office 365) products like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and communication tools like MS Teams, SharePoint.
