About the Role
As an Organization & People Development Coach, you’ll play a key leadership role in enabling people and teams to perform, grow, and adapt. Blending coaching with line management and organisational development, you’ll strengthen collaboration, build capabilities, and accelerate the adoption of new ways of working in an increasingly AI-empowered environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Champion individual growth by supporting 30+ professionals across key people processes, including goal setting, performance management, and career progression
- Coach with purpose by helping individuals achieve their specific goals and overcome personal development obstacles
- Build capability by enabling people and teams to develop skills and behaviours that drive progress
- Shape organisational processes by designing and evolving frameworks that support new ways of working, team effectiveness, and continuous improvement
- Lead key people processes across the organisation, including recruiting, talent reviews, and performance management — bringing consistency, transparency, fairness, and strategic insight
- Cultivate a feedback culture by aligning HR practices within teams and actively building and promoting open, constructive dialogue
- Drive organisational initiatives including employee engagement programmes, resource strategy, and organisational development
- Partner up with Product Owners and Teams to deeply understand the personal and professional development needs of individuals and squads, translating insights into actions

The Digital & Tech Asset Management (D&T AM) team sits within Swiss Re's Group Digital & Technology Office (GDTO) — a global function at the heart of Swiss Re's technology transformation. Our team is responsible for defining, governing, and evolving the technology and data architecture that underpins Swiss Re's Asset Management capabilities.

About You
You are a people-centred professional who brings together coaching expertise with a genuine passion for organisational development. You lead with empathy, adapt with ease, and have the ability to navigate complexity — whether you're guiding an individual through a career milestone or steering a change initiative across a global organisation. You communicate with clarity and warmth, and you know how to bring people along on a journey.
We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
- Coaching expertise — you hold broad coaching experience or a recognised coaching certification, and you apply it with skill, sensitivity, and impact
- Passion for people and organisational development — you are genuinely energised by helping individuals and teams grow, and you bring that enthusiasm into every interaction
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional skills — you are comfortable navigating sensitive or personal topics with professionalism, discretion, and care, working effectively across diverse teams and functions
- Experience with team dynamics — you have hands-on experience working with teams, understanding group dynamics, and creating psychologically safe environments
- AI literacy and change mindset — you are confident navigating an AI-empowered workplace and can help individuals and teams build AI & future-critical human capabilities, adopt new ways of working, and translate emerging technology into meaningful behavioural change and everyday practices.
- Relevant domain experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Line management or people leadership
- Strategic or high-level workforce planning
- Agile environments
These are additional nice to haves:
- Experience working within a global organisation, with the confidence to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Sound facilitation skills, with the ability to design and lead workshops, retrospectives, or development sessions that energise and engage
- The ability to translate complex or abstract topics into clear, compelling narratives, with a natural ability to win people's hearts
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders on people-related topics and strategic initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
For Slovakia, the base salary range for this position is between 3 300€ and 5 400€ per month for a full-time role.

In addition to your base salary, Swiss Re offers an attractive performance-based variable compensation component, designed to recognise your achievements. You will also enjoy a variety of global and location-specific benefits.
Eligibility may vary depending on the terms of Swiss Re policies and your employment contract.
Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week.
