P&S Operational Model Excellence Specialist (Temporary role; Hybrid)

Our team supports P&S in enhancing their end-to-end process, technology, and data capabilities. Together with your colleagues, you’ll support the definition and adoption of improved business concepts that enable the department to achieve its profitability and diversification goals.

About the Role

As the P&S Operational Model Excellence Specialist, you help define and drive the execution of the strategic agenda to improve all dimensions of the operational model for the P&S Department globally. You will significantly support the execution of CorSo’s broader strategic direction and have the freedom to identify, recommend, and build alternative — potentially radical — solutions to concrete business challenges with the potential to create lasting competitive advantages.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the P&S leadership team to shape an innovation strategy, spanning technology platforms, data architecture, business processes, and talent.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable digital initiatives and explore new business models.
• Evaluate and prioritize innovation opportunities based on their business impact and feasibility, while developing investment cases for new initiatives.
• Lead the delivery of high-impact projects, ensuring that expected outcomes are realized and measurable.
• Partner with Product Owners, Technology Leads, Process Managers, Business Architects, Operations, and the Data Office to ensure alignment across systems, processes, and information flows
• Assemble and guide cross-functional implementation teams, providing clear direction and strategic roadmaps to drive execution.
• Lead change management and oversee the rollout of initiatives across markets and teams.

This role is offered on a temporary basis as a 2-year maternity cover, with the possibility of contract extension.

You’ll be part of the P&S Operational Model Excellence team, within CorSo’s COO unit. Our mission is to transform commercial insurance and reimagine the customer experience through the intelligent use of process, data, and technology. About You

You’re a collaborative, curious, and motivated problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. Your strong communication skills, critical thinking, and passion for driving change make you a trusted partner across functions.

Essentials:

• A deep understanding of the insurance industry and emerging technologies, with a proven ability to translate insights into innovative solutions.
• Experience defining vision and strategy, and the leadership to mobilize cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
• A successful track record of designing and delivering business and technology transformation.
• Experience as a Project Manager or in PMO roles
• The ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.

Nice to have:

• Background in business design, service design, or strategic consulting.

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between 2 100€ and 3 400€ per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:

•  the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
• the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.

In addition to your base salary, Swiss Re offers an attractive performance-based variable compensation component, designed to recognize your achievements.
