About internship

About the role
If you join us, you will have a great opportunity learn through this PAID internship lasting 2,5months and you will perform various tasks. Among others, you will be in touch with process of payments, divide and accurate previously received installments, investigate compliance background of payments. You will also actively communicate with banks and internal teams investigating and resolving discrepancies. You will become a part of an outstanding team with team members that support each other and help new-joiners assimilate quickly. Team spirit is not just a phrase here.
Key responsibilities:
Reviewing and validating outgoing payments via Compliance screening tool

Processing of standard Triage requests in SAP based on the requestor´s data

Running regular control reports as per existing Guidelines

Administrative tasks within Payments area

Payment status controls, monitoring of payment processing in assigned tools

The Payments & Receipt team consists of more than 20 members of different ages and nationalities. The scope of our team covers worldwide. About You
Essentials

Student of Secondary Economic School or Secondary Grammar school or student in University degree preferably in the area of finance, banking, accounting, economics

Able to communicate in English fluently and see no challenge in writing emails or having phone conversations

Familiar with MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point) and have good verbal and written business social skills
Nice to Haves

Fluent in any other European language is an advantage for you

Experience within finance/accounting/payments department
