People Analytics & Process Coordinator

About the Role

 

As our People Analytics & Process Coordinator, you'll be the analytical backbone of our Global People Function, transforming complex data into actionable insights that shape our people strategy. This role combines analytical rigor with strong coordination skills to deliver impactful People solutions across our global P&C Re business.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Analyze People data and generate actionable insights to enhance understanding of business performance and key workforce KPIs
  • Create compelling visualizations by translating data into clear presentations and dashboards that support senior leadership decision-making
  • Deliver high-quality reporting (standard, executive, and ad hoc) using central HR tools while continuously improving reporting solutions
  • Coordinate core HR processes including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, compensation cycles, and employee engagement surveys
  • Track and measure progress against key HR metrics, providing meaningful human capital analytics to inform strategic priorities
  • Serve as a central coordination point across HR and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective execution
  • Partner with subject matter experts to capture actions, monitor progress, and ensure follow-ups are completed

 

About the Team

 

You'll be joining the Global People Function team that partners closely with our P&C Re business to drive people initiatives that support organizational success. Our team combines analytical expertise with HR knowledge to deliver data-driven insights and efficient processes. We work collaboratively across global stakeholders to implement best-in-class People practices while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

 

About You

 

You're an analytical thinker with a passion for People and a talent for turning data into stories that drive action. Your exceptional organizational skills allow you to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels to coordinate complex processes and deliver results.

 

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

 

  • With a strong focus on coordination, reporting and analytics
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent project coordination and time management skills
  • Experience working with agentic tools to drive insights
  • Experience working in a global, matrix organization
  • Experience with analytics tools and dashboards
  • Ability to present complex information clearly and effectively
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience in HR is plus, but not must

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1800 and EUR 3000 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:​

 

  • the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role, ​

  • the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.​

 

In addition to your base salary, Swiss Re offers an attractive performance-based variable compensation component, designed to recognise your achievements. Further you will enjoy a variety of global and location specific benefits.​
