Are you passionate about marketing technology, data, and driving meaningful change? Do you thrive at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and innovation? If so, this is your opportunity to shape the future of marketing platforms at one of the world's leading reinsurance companies.

About the Role

As our Platforms & Analytics Manager, you will be at the heart of Swiss Re's marketing technology ecosystem — owning, evolving, and championing the platforms that power our global marketing engine. • Manage end-to-end platform enhancements — from inception through implementation, testing and quality assurance — delivering on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
  • Monitor platform performance continuously, identifying opportunities for improvement, automation and AI-enabled capabilities
  • Build and nurture strong partnerships across Marketing, IT and external vendors, aligning platform priorities with business needs
  • Lead change management activities for platform enhancements, including impact assessments, communications and user engagement strategies
  • Develop training materials and user documentation, and deliver training programmes to support the successful rollout of new platform capabilities
  • Foster an engaged user community, monitor adoption rates and continuously enhance the user experience
  • Design and deliver dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision making across Marketing
  • Monitor data quality, platform usage and campaign performance, identifying optimisation opportunities and providing actionable insights
  • Provide analytical support for Marketing initiatives, helping teams measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
