About the role

 

As a Real Estate Portfolio Manager, you will be supporting all corporate real estate management-related processes.

You will directly report to the Head of CRES Strategic Initiatives and your role will involve collaborating closely with the regional Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) teams, offering support in business case development and real estate analytics. Your expertise in real estate and finance will be crucial in interacting with various stakeholders and driving our strategic goals forward.

 

Main responsibilities:

 

  • Develop Business Cases: Lead the creation and elaboration of detailed business cases that support strategic real estate decisions.
  • Conduct Real Estate Analysis: Perform in-depth analyses to support our real estate initiatives, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare Financial Models: Utilize your expertise to prepare comprehensive financial models, providing the analytical foundation for our real estate projects.
  • Improve Processes: Identify and implement improvements to current processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our real estate management.

 

About the Team

About You

 

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience within financial management and/or corporate real estate management in a multinational company.
  • You hold a university degree (BSc or similar) in business administration or a comparable field. Further education or specialization in Real Estate Management is a plus.
  • You possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to see connections in complex organizations and demonstrate a problem-solving attitude with a structured working style.
  • You have proficient business English skills and can communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You are highly skilled in MS Office (mainly MS PowerPoint and MS Excel) and familiar with digital solutions.
  • You are proactive, independent, and client-centric, with a strong ability to collaborate and drive results.

 

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 2,900 and 4,800 EUR per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:

  • the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
  • the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.

 

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
