About the role
In your role you will contribute to Swiss Re's healthy and transparent risk culture where everyone engages in continuous risk accountability activities.

- Work as the IT Product Owner for the Service Cost Accounting IT squad (as part of the General Ledger & Cost Management product area)
- Collaborate with an internal Group Cost Management customers in order to understand, prioritize and implement legal requirement, desired solutions, product and process innovations.
- Plan, coordinate and orchestrate IT activities required to support quarter end financial closing
- Be responsible for the IT product roadmap, future vision and prioritize the product backlog
- Together with your Scrum Master develop the agile capabilities, foster collective intelligence and shared leadership model
About the team
Service Cost Accounting IT squad is a diverse and dynamic team operating in an Agile way of working with full end-to-end ownership for the product. Team consists of Senior IT specialists and Developers. The squad is globally distributed with footprint in India and Slovakia, supporting internal customers based mostly out of Bratislava, Slovakia.
About You
- Relevant work experience in IT leadership role (Product Owner, IT lead, IT project manager)
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- SQL knowledge, experience with interfaces
- High level of abstraction and experience with requirement engineering and end-to-end product development, build, prioritize, manage and maintain the backlog in AzureDevops
- Ability to work under pressure and high level of flexibility
- SAP FI/CO knowledge would be an asset
- Financial knowledge about Service Cost Allocation process would be an asset
For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between [EUR 3,100] and [EUR 5,100] per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
- the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
- the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
