Project Manager with French language (hybrid)

You will be part of the Solution Client Delivery EMEA team within the Life and Health Reinsurance division. This role involves supporting the implementation of our automated underwriting solutions with client companies across the EMEA region. Automated solutions form a key part of our risk management strategy, enabling our clients to benefit from optimized operational processes and to provide the foundation for future growth opportunities. This is an exciting time for automated solutions as we are experiencing significantly new client activity and developing and commercializing new and innovative UW solutions.

 

Reporting to the Client Delivery Project Lead, you will be part of a team dedicated to delivering Magnum and associated UW solutions, as well as individual client teams' delivering on BAU activities. You will have a key role in oversight and management of implementation and BAU projects. You will work closely with the center of competence for Client Delivery to coordinate best practice and resource planning.

 

About The Role

 

The main responsibilities include:

 

  • Managing the overall implementation of client projects, ensuring the system or change to the system is delivered according to the agreed specifications, deadlines and cost
  • Coordinating the BAU activities within the Client teams', creating a transparent plan of action with the client team members and delivering against plan
  • Working with clients to coordinate the development of requirements and business specifications, underwriting rule analysis, development and testing.
  • Adhering to Client Delivery project management processes, procedures and use of tools and systems
  • Drive coordination across multiple teams involved in the implementations and BAU
  • Effective and transparent communication of progress including commercials and risks and issues to all stakeholders including senior management and the client
  • Maintaining clear auditable project documentation

 

The role will involve some periods of on-site work in client offices and travel within the EMEA region.

  • Strong project and change management skills focused on execution and delivery                                         
  • Experience with business transformation and business analysis.                                          
  • Strong communication and presentation skills                         
  • Effective scheduling and time management with ability to anticipate challenges
  • Desire to strive for excellent customer satisfaction    
  • Ability to learn about the Underwriting solution
  • Suite and have a drive for professional development
  • Proficient IT skills including the ability to use some of the advanced features of Word/Excel/Access
  • Flexible where travel is required
  • French language required (written and spoken form)

 

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 2 100 and EUR 3 400 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers: the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role, the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.
