Reward Specialist

About the Role

In this role, you will be a member of the Reward Global Solutions (RGS) Team and report to the Reward Manager RGS. You will contribute to delivering effective analytics and operational excellence on cash and share based compensation plans:

 

•    Support the broader RGS Team in all related matters, such as compensation and investment plans (for example, share purchase plans), process design and review, communication and training, governance and the administration of the annual compensation review processes.
•    You will work closely with colleagues to support a variety of Reward based topics, in particular in deferred compensation (cash and shares) and other ad-hoc requests.
•    Together with the team, you will drive improvement in communication, reporting and analytical needs
•    Assist with the set-up of processes and standards to meet various stakeholders' requirements such as, but not limited to finance reporting, payroll specification and internal audits & controlling issues

 

 

About the Team


The Reward team (which is just under 40 people in 5 locations) seeks to provide best-in-class Reward solutions for Swiss Re (in key matters of Compensation, Benefits and International Mobility) that are compliant and sensitive to business, risk and financial requirements as well as aligned to the Group Reward Strategy. 
It is a Centre Of Excellence with a real passion for quality, supporting the delivery of an integrated service for HR and the Business on all matters of compensation and benefits.

 

 

About You


•    Bachelor's degree or equivalent
•    Use of analytics or information systems have been a key focus, preferably with experience in Compensation and/or Benefits matters.
•    Advanced expertise with MS Office tools, specifically MS Excel.
•    Strong communication skills, both oral and written English

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1800 and EUR 2900 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:

the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,

the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.

 

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
