  • Troubleshoot user access issues, URL filtering errors, SSL/TLS certificate issues, and policy enforcement gaps.

  • Work closely with managed service providers to ensure SLAs are met and operational issues are resolved promptly.

  • Maintain and update network and security configurations in alignment with best practices and internal policies.

  • Participate in testing and validating new SSE features and updates in lab environments prior to production rollout.

  • Document operational procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to ensure knowledge continuity within the team.

  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, proxies).

  • Knowledge of security concepts including URL filtering, SSL/TLS interception, and threat protection.

  • Awareness of cybersecurity risks and the importance of governed Internet access and breakout policies.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills for connectivity, performance, and access issues.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global environment.

Shape

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to SSE platforms (e.g., Zscaler, Netskope, Palo Alto Prisma Access).

  • Familiarity with automation and scripting tools (e.g., Python, Ansible).

  • Relevant certifications such as CCNP Security, CISSP, CEH, or equivalent.

  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related security best practices.
