About the Team
We operate as an administrative and analytical center for the Division EMEA and Globals, fully streamlined and centralized function in Bratislava.
We enable Client Markets to focus on the client by ensuring smooth, efficient and reliable operations as well as improving the efficiency of tools and processes.
About the Role
As part of the L&H Sales Operations team you will be acting as a point of contact and partner for Client Managers (client facing employees).
Key responsibilities:
- Handling your own portfolio - including contract management, data gathering, analysis of portfolio and reporting
- Collaborating and coordinating tasks across cross-functional teams (Technical Accounting, Claims, Underwriting, etc.) with possible participation in projects and initiatives
- Ad hoc preparing presentations for client visits, client events and conferences
About You
You have the ability to be a great teammate with constructive and open minded thinking who is reliable, dedicated and has strong owership, attention to detail and is able to prioritize.
Essentials:
- Previous working experience in relevant field, however position is also suitable for a graduate
- Language skills: English fluent and French/German/Italian C1
- MS office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Data literacy- ability to read and interpret data is an advantage
- Nice-to-have
- Experience in Business Administration or Insurance/Reinsurance

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1300 and EUR 2100 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
