Sales Operations Specialist

As our Sales Operations Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our sales success, ensuring structured pipeline, governance, CRM integrity, and process excellence. About the Role
In this pivotal position, you'll act as the operational engine powering our commercial strategy. You'll transform data into actionable insights, optimize sales processes, and directly contribute to our revenue growth while working with major reinsurance players on critical initiatives in an international environment.
The objective is simple: enable revenue teams to sell faster, forecast better, and operate with control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive commercial excellence by working closely with Sales to operationalize strategy and improve pipeline quality across the sales funnel
- Own day-to-day CRM hygiene and data quality to drive forecasting excellence by improving pipeline quality & accuracy across the sales funnel
- Enable structured opportunity management by defining clear standards for renewals, cross-sell, and upsell motions, ensuring full revenue capture and reduced leakage
- Own the preparation, coordination, and documentation of Sales meetings (pipeline reviews, sales steering calls)
- Identify structural bottlenecks in the lead-to-cash process and initiate data-driven improvements to increase sales productivity
- Contribute to sales productivity initiatives, including process automation and governance simplification
- Act as the central point of alignment between Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure consistent commercial reporting and revenue recognition logic
- Support implementation of governance controls across the sales lifecycle
- Support communication and change management efforts related to sales processes, systems, and governance improvements

About You
You are a confident stakeholder manager who thrives in fast‑paced environments. You balance strong attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture, enabling you to simplify complex commercial topics into clear, actionable insights. Proactive and self‑driven, with a strong ability to build relationships across all levels and navigate cross‑functional environments. Skilled at managing multiple priorities in an evolving setting while maintaining clarity and structure.
- Holds a university degree or equivalent qualification
- 6 - 10 years of experienced with a proven ability, preferably in the re/insurance industry
- Experience with CRM (Sales Advisor) systems
- Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable interacting with senior sales leaders
- Strong willingness to tackle responsibilities and ownership
- Works autonomously with a high level of dedication and an attitude
- Detail-oriented with a disciplined approach to data quality and reporting accuracy
- Excellent spoken and written English; knowledge of languages is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1,900 and EUR 3,200 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
• the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
• the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
