Scrum Master / Delivery Lead

About the role

  • Enhance prioritization by supporting the team lead in balancing capacity against demand, confidently saying "no/not now" when necessary to protect team focus

  • Create transparency through breaking down complex deliverables into manageable chunks with clear acceptance criteria and providing stakeholders with regular, honest status updates

  • Support audit compliance by translating findings into structured action plans with clear ownership, sequencing, and measurable outcomes

  • Foster continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives that lead to meaningful team and process enhancements

  • You're a delivery-focused professional who thrives in dynamic environments and brings calm to complexity. You understand technical concepts well enough to facilitate meaningful discussions between engineers and stakeholders. Above all, you're pragmatic-focused on helping the team deliver value rather than following processes for their own sake.

These are additional nice to haves:

  • Familiarity with observability platforms and tooling such as Splunk, Elastic, Grafana, Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry
