Join a team of cybersecurity professionals and help Swiss Re to fulfil its mission in making the world more resilient. As the Senior Access Management Specialist, you'll be tasked with analysing, simplifying, and improving our security processes, leading access review activities for Swiss Re users, and co-creating automated solutions to streamline the company's process efficacy. What's more, you'll be working in a hybrid setup, perfectly balancing work from home and the office premises.

 

About the team

Our Access Product Operations team is dedicated to protecting Swiss Re's assets and data. We are responsible for managing access roles, ensuring compliance with security policies, and optimizing access management processes. Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional security services. We're looking for a talented specialist to help us make our processes and services even better. You'll use your skills to analyze things and make sure we're always following the best security practices.

 

In your role, you will…

•    Manage Access Roles: Ensure that access roles are up-to-date and aligned with business needs.
•    Monitor Compliance: Verify that access roles are implemented according to defined standards.
•    Analyze Data: Track key performance indicators and compliance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
•    Automate Processes: Develop and implement automated solutions to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
•    Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to address access management needs.
•    Provide Support: Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to access services.

 


What we're looking for:
•    Experiences: Proven track record of at least 3 years in access management.
•    Technical Skills: Solid understanding of IT systems and security concepts. Experience with Microsoft Power BI or other data visualization tools.
•    Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose solutions.
•    Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions.
•    Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•    Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different teams.
