We are searching for a Senior Technical Business Analyst, whose main responsibility is to manage, analyze and translate requirements into solutions for our leading-edge MS Dynamics marketing platform. You will be working directly with our specialists in business and marketing to enable Swiss Re to better connect with its clients and to support our business to generate leads and revenue. You help accelerate Swiss Re Communications and Marketing along its digital transformation journey, with the goal of becoming a true digital enterprise.
Responsibility and tasks:
- Work directly with stakeholders to manage priorities and requirements to incorporate customer feedback, usability and user interface needs when crafting solutions.
- Challenge problem statements and analyze underlying needs.
- Manage senior stakeholders in collaboration with Product Owner to define communication strategy, manage expectations, and ensure alignment.
- Capture, analyze and translate requirements into functional and/or technical specifications.
- Produce plan for implementation and coordinate with delivery team.
- Produce functional and business user documentation – including use cases, business rules and test cases.
- Validate proposed solution design against requirements.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and prepare documentation for sign-off.
- Support change initiatives and adoption with all parties (team, stakeholders, users) through training & communication materials.

About you
Professional background and experience
- Ability to synthesize complex information and present findings in clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Strong visualization and documentation of BA artefacts
- Experienced in IT Project Management and in Business Transformation projects.
- Experienced in marketing automation tools and data structure, event and/or lead management. Preferably experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing Tool or a similar marketing automation platform.
- Experienced in working with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle, solid understanding of process modeling and process improvement methodologies
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization (Excel/Power BI)
- UX experience / UX research considered a plus.
For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between [EUR 3,100] and [EUR 5,100] per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
- the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
- the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
