Senior Business Coordinator (French or German is an advantage)

About the team

We operate as an administrative and analytical center for the Division EMEA and Globals, fully streamlined and centralized function in Bratislava.

We enable Client Markets and Underwriting to focus on the client and renewing Swiss Re contracts with them by ensuring smooth, efficient and reliable operations as well as improving the efficiency of tools and processes.

About the role

As part of the Business Coordination team you will be acting as a point of contact and partner for Client Underwriters (client facing employees), you will also support the renewal process of Swiss Re contracts with insurers in the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities:

• Handling your own portfolio - including contract management, data gathering, analysis of portfolio and reporting
• Collaborating and coordinating tasks across cross-functional teams (Technical Accounting, Claims, Underwriting, etc.) with possible participation in projects and initiatives
• Contributing to or leading projects and initiatives; Conducting portfolio analysis
• Preparing presentations for client visits, client events and conferences

About you

You have the ability to be a great teammate with constructive and open minded thinking who is reliable, dedicated and has strong ownership, attention to detail and is able to prioritize.

Essentials:

• Previous working experience in the field of Business administration or Insurance/Reinsurance (5+ years of experience)
• Language skills: English fluent, French or German (B2 level of advantage)
• MS office package (Excel advanced, Power BI of advantage)
• Proven Data literacy skills
• Proven ability to independently conduct given tasks

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1500 and EUR 2100 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:

• the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
• the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.

In the situation where you significantly exceed the requirements, the offered salary may be above the advertised range.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
