Senior Employee Communications Manager (Hybrid)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead employee communications and employer branding initiatives in Bratislava. 


About the role


In this role you will support the Slovakia Country Head and you'll be an active member of the Bratislava Executive Leadership Team. You'll focus on promoting our employer brand, positioning Swiss Re as an employer of choice, and engaging our staff through effective employee communication activities.


Key responsibilities:

•    Develop employer brand messaging aligned with Swiss Re's Employee Value Proposition 
•    Raise employer brand visibility through targeted employer brand campaigns and activities
•    Steer and develop high-impact employee communication initiatives 

•    Provide dedicated, timely communications support to Senior Management 

About the team


This role sits within the Employee Communications team. A team of professional employee communicators located in Zurich. We work in a fast-paced environment that requires client-focus, interest in understanding the business we support, a great deal of creativity, and a strong team spirit.


About you



•    A Bachelor degree or higher
•    > 8 years of professional experience in employee communications and employer branding with a multinational company
•    Outstanding writing skills in English and Slovak
•    A results-driven, "can-do," self-starter personality
•    Confident in consulting senior management

The minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 2 800 EUR full time. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering the skills and experience that you bring to the Swiss Re Group. You can look forward to extra rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
