About the Role

You would lead the change in delivering high-value solutions and features as part of our agile setup, playing a pivotal role in driving an exciting client-facing product to new heights.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Lead a feature squad on technical side, ensuring the delivery of solutions with substantial business value.
• Coordinate and manage the development, working in collaboration with Business Analysts and Product Leads.
• Plan and coordinate the execution of the squad roadmap to guarantee the rollout of features together with the Squad BA and architects
• Hands-on contribution of the development – coding
• Foster a positive and collaborative environment within the squad, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Engineer with a background in .NET and Angular, and proficient knowledge in Azure cloud services. You should be a collaborative leader, ready to drive the successful delivery of our innovative features and solutions, in a fast-paced and agile environment.

If you possess traits and experience that match most of the below, we’d love to hear from you:

• Educational Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in leading development teams and managing projects in agile environments.
• Technical Proficiency in .NET, Angular, Terraform, AKS, and Cosmos DB.
• Cloud Expertise, with relevant experience in deploying and managing services on Azure.
• Excellent Communication Skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with the team and collaborators.
• Proactive and Collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership and a willingness to go the extra mile to deliver quality solutions.

The minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 3 300 EUR full time.
