About the role

As part of Corporate Solutions' CEO Office, you will support key strategic and operational topics with high exposure and direct interaction with senior leaders. You will benefit from a high pace environment, steep learning curve, and develop in strategic problem solving, performance monitoring and reporting, and effective communication skills.

Main responsibilities:

• Support senior management and Head CEO Office with deliverables and initiatives that contribute to Corporate Solutions' strategic objectives.
• Take a leading role in the preparation of presentations for internal management meetings (e.g. various Committee and Board of Directors' meetings across the Group);
• Through collaboration and coordination within the BU as well as across the Group, provide preparation material for internal meetings as well as for external engagements.
• Drive an end-to-end process related to the Group Performance Committee meeting cycle
• Act as a team leader for Bratislava-based assistant pool

About You

• Demonstrated 5+ years of experience in either of the fields: CEO Office, management consulting, strategy or project management
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Team player with proven ability to independently conduct tasks
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams

• Flexible personality with high self-motivation who adapts fast to various situations and responds quickly to challenges
• Able to anticipate possible risks/issues, maintains a solution approach

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 2,900 and 4,800 EUR per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers: 

• the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
• the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
