Senior IP Office Manager

About the Role
 
International Programs (IP) is a rapidly growing portfolio within Swiss Re Corporate Solutions and a strategic initiative which has grown to a USD 1bn GWP portfolio within 5 years. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Head of the IP Office and IP Leadership Team to define and drive the success of key priorities, shaping the future of the global portfolio. 
 
Key elements of the role are: 
•    Coordinate the financial business and FTE planning processes for International Programs ensuring alignment within the IP community and across the underwriting portfolios and brining in appropriate inputs and models 
•    Review operational costs, sharing and actioning insights on areas where cost can be influenced 
•    Lead or significantly contribute to IP initiatives. Maintain oversight, drive, and coordinate overarching programs ensuring alignment and cross-functional collaboration 
•    Develop crisp, concise communications and presentations for key stakeholder meetings (e.g., Swiss Re Group/CorSo management meetings, townhalls) 
•    Support the IP Leadership Team with tracking and monitoring the portfolio (e.g. CEO Dashboard, Productivity dashboard, Cost and FTE monitoring and other); define reporting requirements and create regular updates 
•    Support the Head IP office in the development, the implementation and tracking of all elements of the IP strategy and priorities, aligning with the Corporate Solutions and Swiss Re strategies 
•    Lead specific IP meetings incl. management of agenda and follow-ups and support the International Program communications plan 
•    Drive IP community engagement and facilitate seamless information flow to enhance collaboration and knowledge sharing via platforms like SharePoint and Viva Engage 
•    Lead the oversight of the Governance framework, ensuring comprehensive tracking and monitoring of risks and issues within IP processes. 
 
About the Team
 
International Programs Office is a team focused on supporting the growth and further development of the IP portfolio. The IP Office team  works alongside the Global Head of International Programs and supports them and the IP Leadership Team in all matters concerning CorSo's International Programs' business as well as its Platform Propositions (platform and network services). 
 
About You 

 
Are you a collaborative, self-starting individual who likes to work in a global environment and enjoy working on multiple things at the same time. We are looking for a candidate who has: 
•    5 years of relevant working experience with a good understanding of commercial insurance business and processes (preferably International Program business) 
•    Strong understanding of Financials and cost management (planning and reporting) 
•    Project management experience and strong cross-functional and international collaboration capabilities  
•    Strong problem-solving skills, ability to structure a problem and break it down into actionable work packages  
•    Analytically strong, pairing strategic thinking with realistic and efficient execution, thinking things through and paying attention to detail Prepared to take ownership of activities and drive results 
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written with ability to engage a wide variety of stakeholders 
•    Goal-orientation and willingness to continuous learning 

 

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 3,300 and EUR 5,400 per month (for a full-time role). 
The specific salary offered considers:
•    the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
•    the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
