Senior Records Management Advisor (Hybrid)

About the Role
As a Senior Records Management Advisor, you will:

Collaborate closely with Business Units and bring the right people from cross-functional teams together to define and implement tailored solutions.

Provide expert guidance to ensure records management is efficient, compliant with internal policies, and aligned with organizational goals.

Analyze records management data (e.g., document inventories, spreadsheets) to uncover trends and deliver actionable insights for senior-level decision-making.

Proactively address new initiatives and regulatory changes by ensuring proper planning, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and providing regular updates to senior management.

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a large, global organization, ideally within the finance or (re)insurance sector.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to dive into details and raw data, extract key insights, and translate them into clear, compelling messages for senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects, stakeholder alignment, and executive-level reporting.
- Motivation to build expertise in records management and develop a solid understanding of business processes and stakeholder needs across the organization.
Nice to Have:
- Understanding of P&C Re or L&H Re system landscape and business processes.
- Willingness to travel to Switzerland occasionally.

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between [EUR 3,300] and [EUR 5,300] per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
- the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
- the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
