Senior Resilience Technical Analyst
About the Role:
Are you a meticulous professional skilled in managing processes, data, and coordinating technical resilience projects based on business requirements? As a Technical Coordinator, your primary focus will be on organizing and streamlining disaster recovery initiatives, setting requirements from collected resilience data to ensure business continuity through enhanced IT resilience. You will collaborate closely with a diverse set of teams to oversee tasks, track progress, and manage documentation, ensuring seamless execution of recovery strategies.
In this role you will:
- Coordinate and track the execution of cyber recovery strategies, including testing practices and managing testing data, restoration policies, and rebuild procedures, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
- Manage testing activities to ensure comprehensive cyber recovery capabilities for critical IT systems and infrastructure
- Develop and maintain clear, structured reporting systems to provide timely updates to stakeholders on resilience progress.
- Regularly review and document resilience gaps by analyzing data, identifying actionable improvements, instigate and implement corrective measures.
- Work with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions that strengthen cyber resilience
- Contribute to the guidance focused on cyber recovery readiness, standardization of employee training ensuring consistent engagement and preparedness across the organization.
About the Team:
Our team specializes in technical aspects of IT resilience by developing, maintaining and tracking IT continuity and cyber disaster recovery capabilities. We focus on mitigating risks and enabling prioritized recovery of critical IT services after disruptions, minimizing impacts on essential business processes. With a structured approach and emphasis on repeatable processes, we aim to embed best practices throughout the organization.

Must-Have skills:
- Proven experience in managing cyclic processes and coordinating multi-step resilience projects in numerous IT environments focusing on delivering quality output.
- Proven track record of IT business analyst skills.
- Collection and reconciliation of data point for requirements settings.
- Familiarity with (cyber) disaster recovery practices and backup technologies.
- Experience in managing documentation lifecycles.
- Understanding of IT operations, including network infrastructure, cloud technologies, and Cyber security principles and practices.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective stakeholder centric collaboration and status reporting.
- Proven track record in problem solving and reducing complexity by creating structure, roadmaps and requirements.
- Experience in identifying process and data gaps, managing documentation, and driving continuous improvements.
- Proficiency in English with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences effectively.

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between [EUR 3,800] and [EUR 6,300] per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
- the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
- the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
