Senior Reward Advisor
We are looking for a Senior Reward Advisor for our Reward International Advisory team. If you have a real passion for consulting and engaging on reward topics, navigating complexity across a large global matrix organisation and all levels of seniority, this opportunity might be yours.
About the Role
As a Senior Reward Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering the Reward strategy, governance and compliance in the region. You will work in close collaboration with the country HR teams, advising on all Reward topics (including compensation and benefit topics).
Main tasks and activities include:
• Execute on salary increase forecasting, benchmarking and compensation ranges
• Support on benefit topics and execution of group benefit strategy and initiatives
• Ensure compliance with country specific remuneration regulations and guidance
• Consult on compensation package & buy-outs
• Support the annual compensation review and any off-cycle compensation decision making activities
• Understand country or business specific compensation challenges and provide solutions in the context of group standards and policy
• Support global Reward projects and represent the needs of the local markets in the development of Reward products and services
• Drive the approach to pay equity in the countries, including supporting HR with regulatory compliance
About the Team
The Reward team, consisting of 35 people across 6 locations, seeks to provide best-in-class Reward solutions for Swiss Re globally. Reward has a critical role to play in attracting, retaining and developing the talent that the Group needs to succeed. It is a Centre of Excellence with a real passion for quality, supporting the delivery of an integrated service for HR and the business on all matters of reward.
The Senior Reward Advisor reports to the Head Reward International Advisory. Under our matrix structure we collaborate closely between different global business areas and countries, and the larger Reward department.
About You
• Bachelor's, master's degree or MBA
• 5+ years of work experience in compensation and benefits, ideally in an international business environment
• Ideally former and current exposure to remuneration regulations and reporting requirements
• Experience in being exposed to senior stakeholders/leaders in a corporate business setting including presentation skills and experience
• Savvy with MS Office and similar tools
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, German would be a plus #LI-Hybrid
For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1800 and EUR 2900 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
• the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
• the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
