Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (12 month contract)

Are you a seasoned talent acquisition professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, people, and business impact? Do you love turning complex workforce challenges into smart, future-focused hiring solutions? If so, this could be the role you've been waiting for.

About the Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you won't just fill roles — you'll shape the future of our workforce. Acting as a trusted strategic advisor to senior business leaders and executives across the EMEA region, you'll lead complex, business-critical hiring initiatives while influencing workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational design. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who brings both deep recruitment expertise and the confidence to challenge, innovate, and inspire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior business leaders to deeply understand long-term business objectives and translate them into forward-thinking talent acquisition strategies
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for niche, specialist, and business-critical roles across assigned functions, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders
  • Conduct talent mapping and competitor analysis to proactively identify and engage high-potential external talent
  • Build strategic talent pipelines aligned with long-term workforce plans across the EMEA region
  • Strive for inclusive candidate slates across all appropriate opportunities and proactively engage diverse talent pools
  • Mentor and coach Talent Acquisition Partners, sharing expertise and fostering professional growth
  • Represent the organization externally within professional and industry networks, building long-term relationships with key talent communities
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness

About the Team

You'll be joining the EMEA Talent Acquisition Team — a dynamic, collaborative group of talent professionals supporting 12 locations across the EMEA region. The team plays a pivotal role in connecting exceptional talent with exciting opportunities across a diverse and geographically broad footprint. With a shared passion for innovation, inclusion, and delivering outstanding hiring experiences, the team operates as true strategic partners to the business — not just recruiters.

About You

You are a confident, commercially minded talent acquisition professional who brings both the strategic vision to influence at the most senior levels and the hands-on expertise to deliver in complex, fast-moving environments. You communicate with clarity, build trust quickly, and are energized by solving difficult talent challenges. You're naturally curious about the market, passionate about inclusion, and committed to raising the standard of talent acquisition wherever you work.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

  • Significant experience managing complex hiring, with a proven track record of delivering results in competitive, specialist talent markets
  • Expertise in talent mapping and strategic sourcing, including competitor analysis and proactive pipeline development
  • Strong talent analytics proficiency, including a solid understanding of recruitment effectiveness measures and data-driven decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior leaders and executives, with strong business acumen and organizational understanding
  • Fluent in English & Slovak, written and spoken

These are additional nice to haves:

  • Familiarity with employer branding strategy and external market positioning
  • Exposure to EMEA-wide or multi-country recruitment operations
  • A genuine passion for inclusive hiring and building diverse talent pipelines

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1,800 and EUR 3,000 per month (for a fulltime role). The specific salary offered considers:

  • the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
