About The Team

L&H Solutions Operations is a newly created central team focusing on setting up operational process across multiple L&H products, identifying improvements and driving efficiencies as well as driving governance standards and managing operational risk topics. The small-team atmosphere gives you the chance to influence the way of doing things. Bringing in new ideas is appreciated and will directly contribute to the team's success.

About The Role

What are your key responsibilities?

• You provide Governance support to L&H Solutions teams globally
• You maintain and improve the risk control framework of L&H Solutions  
• You partner with business leaders to maintain a robust risk and control framework that is fit for purpose now
• You advise business on any operational risk or governance matters (e.g. operational events/ issues reporting, audit etc)  
• You contribute to governance workstreams of key group projects related to process or control improvements 
• You collaborate with all the assurance functions to drive greater value for the 1st line while ensuring a good governance framework. 
• You execute, support and coordinate governance processes across L&H Solutions teams

About You

You are an excellent teammate with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect the dots end-to-end and build effective working relationships with stakeholders across markets/ different functional areas. You have strong sense for ownership for timely and high-quality delivery and are able to deal positively with ambiguity and many diverse topics.  You are a pragmatic problem solver approaching problems with curiosity and open-mindedness.

• Experience in leading projects and change initiatives 
• Experience in driving improved use of data to manage risks is a plus 
• You have strong analytical skills and can focus on details without losing track of the bigger picture.
• You have excellent oral and written English skills;

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 2 000 and EUR 3 300 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers: the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role, the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.
