Student opportunity HR Administrative Support

About the Role

 

Are you an engaged individual with real passion for HR? We have an interesting HR opportunity in international environment! Your main activities in this role will be:

 

  • Providing an administrative support to HR Admin teams responsible for employee lifecycle in line with legislation and Swiss Re policies
  • Documents filing & eFiling, check of employee´s files
  • Documents scanning (employee contracts, sick leave confirmation, birth certificates, etc.)
  • Contract signing with new-joiners, addendum signing with employees
  • Supporting the data input to HR systems
  • Performing 4-eye checks on generated documents for selected processes
  • Preparing and sending off-boarding documents
  • Support all events of HR Admin team towards employees – addendum distribution, tax session
  • Absence check in Time Management system
  • Participation on administration of company benefits
  • Ad-hoc tasks (e.g. reports preparation)

 

About the Team

 

We cover tasks related to employee life cycle, benefit administration, payroll and other project tasks. You will be part of complex, cross-country, cross-culture, cross-process and multilingual environment.

 

About You

  • Proficiency in Slovak & English
  • Physical presence in office is required

The minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 7 EUR gross/hour.
