About the Role
As an HR Administration Support, you'll be the backbone of our HR operations, ensuring accurate data management, timely processing of HR transactions, and exceptional service to our employees throughout their journey with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Records Administration - Organize and maintain the electronic filing system (efile) for all HR documentation
- Reward & Recognition Support - Assist with processing compensation adjustments and recognition programs
- Verification Services - Respond to employment verification requests promptly and accurately while maintaining confidentiality
- Process Management - Handle employee lifecycle agenda, promotions, offboarding, external training award processing with precision and attention to detail
- Data Integrity - Ensure HR data accuracy across all systems and platforms via 4eyes check
- Query Resolution - Serve as first point of contact for employee HR-related queries, providing timely and accurate information
- Other support as needed and required within the daily operation
About the Team
You'll be joining a dedicated HR team responsible for supporting the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. We work collaboratively to ensure all HR administrative processes run efficiently while providing excellent service to our employees.
About You
You're a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can handle confidential information with discretion, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your communication skills allow you to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
- Experience (1-2+ years) in administration or a similar support role (nice to have)
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy skills
- English B2

The minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 7 EUR gross/hour.
