Student opportunity: HR Administrative Support
About the Role

Your main responsibilities in this role will include:
- Providing administrative support to HR Admin teams responsible for the employee lifecycle, in line with local legislation and Swiss Re policies
- Filing and e-filing of documents; checking employee files
- Scanning documents (e.g. employment contracts, sick leave confirmations, birth certificates)
- Coordinating contract signing with new joiners and addendum signing with employees
- Supporting data entry into HR systems
- Performing 4‑eye checks on generated documents for selected processes
- Preparing and sending off‑boarding documentation
- Supporting HR Admin team activities towards employees (e.g. addendum distribution, tax sessions)
- Absence checks in the Time Management system
- Participation in the administration of company benefits
- Handling ad‑hoc tasks (e.g. preparation of reports)
About the Team
We cover tasks related to the employee lifecycle, benefit administration, payroll, and additional project work. You will be part of a complex, cross‑country, cross‑cultural, cross‑process, and multilingual environment.

The minimum gross base salary for this role is EUR 7 gross per hour.
