Talent Acquisition Partner

Are you a recruitment professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, people, and impact?

At Swiss Re, we believe that great talent is the foundation of everything we achieve. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation — connecting exceptional people with meaningful opportunities, and helping our business grow with purpose. If you are passionate about delivering outstanding recruitment experiences, building trusted partnerships, and driving inclusive hiring outcomes, this could be the role for you.

About the Role

This is a high-impact, full-lifecycle recruitment role that goes far beyond filling vacancies. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and business leaders across the EMEA region, delivering recruitment solutions that are tailored, data-informed, and future-focused. You will balance operational excellence with strategic thinking — managing complex hiring processes while contributing to broader talent acquisition goals including workforce planning, talent pipelining, employer branding, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned business functions, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience for all stakeholders
  • Develop tailored recruitment strategies that reflect the complexity, seniority, and market availability of talent
  • Source, engage, and attract passive and active candidates through multiple channels including direct sourcing, social media, networking, referrals, and talent communities
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and act as a trusted advisor on recruitment best practices, market conditions, talent availability, and hiring strategies

About the Team

The EMEA Talent Acquisition Team is a dynamic, high-performing team responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes across 12 locations throughout the EMEA region. The team partners closely with business leaders and hiring managers across all functions to attract and secure the talent needed to drive Swiss Re's strategic objectives. Operating at the intersection of operational excellence and strategic thinking, the team plays a critical role in workforce planning, talent pipelining, employer branding, and fostering inclusive hiring practices across the organisation.

About You

You are a proactive, commercially minded recruitment professional who brings both strategic insight and hands-on delivery expertise to everything you do. You thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment and are energised by building meaningful relationships — with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues alike. You are a natural communicator, a confident advisor, and someone who genuinely cares about creating inclusive, equitable hiring experiences. You bring curiosity, resilience, and a continuous improvement mindset to your work, and you are excited by the opportunity to make a real impact across a diverse, international organisation.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

  • Proven end-to-end recruitment experience across multiple functions and job families, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality hiring outcomes in a complex, matrixed organisation
  • Advanced sourcing expertise, including Boolean search techniques, direct sourcing methodologies, talent engagement strategies, and the utilisation of AI tools throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, or similar), LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern recruitment technologies to manage pipelines and data effectively
  • Strong knowledge of assessment methodologies and competency-based interviewing techniques, with the ability to design and facilitate robust, objective evaluation processes
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders through data, market intelligence, and commercial insight, acting as a trusted advisor on talent strategy and hiring decisions
  • Fluent in English & Slovak, written and spoken

These are additional nice to haves:

  • Familiarity with employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing activities, including participation in career events and talent community engagement
  • Knowledge of EMEA labour market dynamics, including regional talent trends, salary benchmarking, and competitor hiring activity
  • Multilingual capabilities — additional European languages are a distinct advantage given the regional scope of the role
