About the Role

We look for somebody who will:


  • Build a talent pipeline of a diverse pool of candidates to support future hiring needs and potential candidates that can be enthusiastically marketed to open or future positions within our business

  • Handle new job openings, identify, and engage top talent, liaising with passive candidates and building robust relationships

  • Present potential talents to managers and may coordinate further tasks when requested

  • Focus on diverse talent to improve equal opportunity

  • Providing outstanding customer service to candidates and hiring teams throughout the whole recruitment process

  • Analyse and improve the talent sourcing methods


About the Team


The team primarily supports various Swiss Re EMEA locations and is dedicated for building a future pipeline, market mapping and increasing hires from a passive pipeline. You can make amazing impact on our new strategy initiatives and be part of successful recruitment team. #WeAreOneTeam Together with Recruitment Advisory team, we strive to improve our recruitment knowledge, develop expertly, and provide excellent service to our clients. About You


You have built your career in recruitment. The recruitment expertise throughout the EMEA region would put you at a distinct advantage. Further we expect:


  • Demonstrable experience in internal Talent Sourcing or agency background is desired to succeed in this role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that leads to an ability to advise business leaders

  • Effective organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities

  • Willingness and ability to take personal ownership for day-to-day responsibilities and work without close supervision

  • Interest and curiosity in understanding the insurance business roles

  • Learning agility and growth mindset

  • Customer centricity is the key to help you be successful

  • Proficient in English, German is a nice to have

The minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 1600 EUR full time. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering the skills and experience that you bring to the Swiss Re Group. You can look forward to extra rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
