Team Assistant (hybrid)
Join Swiss Re’s dynamic underwriting leadership team as a Team Assistant, where you will play a key role in providing high-level administrative and operational support.

About the Role
What tasks you should expect:
• Manage and coordinate Outlook calendars of the Credit & Surety Leadership Team members
• Serve as a liaison between the executive and the wider team, ensuring clear and timely communication, coordinating leadership team meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action items.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
• Plan and execute events such as client meetings, industry conferences, and internal workshops, coordinating logistics for both virtual and in-person engagements
• Overseeing travel arrangements, expense reports, and reconciliation, as well as managing office systems and maintaining organized filing systems for documents and records.
• Assist with onboarding of our new-joiners
About you
• Very high proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Package (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative role or support function
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and proactive approach with a positive attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with impeccable attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a large team environment
For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between 1 300 EUR and 2 100 EUR per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
- the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
- the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
