Third Party Risk Management Specialist (Hybrid)

About the Team
 
We are a multi-location, global team recognized for our know-how, consulting/expertise and timely delivery. Our dynamic team leads, coordinates, designs and drives activities in support of the overall effective management of Swiss Re's third parties on a global basis. Your role would be part of the team based in Bratislava and develop third party related reporting for the benefit of Swiss Re Legal Entities to fulfil their governance and oversight responsibilities as outlined by the Targeted Policy on Managing Third Parties and Targeted Standard on Outsourcing.
 
About the role:
 
In the role of Third Party Enablement Analyst you will get an exciting opportunity to join a diverse and motivated team, committed to delivering value, enabling effective third party risk management and governance, and execution of third party and outsourcing related strategies to our clients and partners across Swiss Re Group globally.
 
Responsibilities:
 
•    Experienced in data lifecycle management processes, tools, and systems, likes to do reporting and interact with clients
•    Oversee, create and develop outsourcing and third party related reporting to 60+ regulated legal entities around the globe as a crucial part of their oversight and monitoring obligations
•    Perform audits of the reports for accuracy and completeness
•    Assist the activities by which third party service providers are identified, recorded and where due diligences and associated actions are tracked
•    Check and ensure accurate filing and flow of documentation, perform changes and enhancements, handle accesses and assist with the management of team SharePoint sites
•    Respond to ad hoc requests for reporting that might be needed to respond to regulatory or GIA Audit requests
•    Act as the subject matter expert and advisor for partners within the business and respond to related questions from legal entities
•    Oversee and maintain any updates of standard operating procedures
 
About you:
 

•    5 or more years of business experience, including management of direct reports
•    Above average Microsoft office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
•    SharePoint site administration, including document libraries, lists, accesses, and views
•    Client management, monitoring, negotiation, and reporting
•    Ability to work with and implement new technologies
•    Collaborative leadership style, effective, open and transparent communication skills
•    Prior experience with multi-location projects
•    Experience in project management and methodologies preferred
•    Experience with regulatory, legal and compliance requirements preferred
•    Excellent command of the English language, any other additional languages are welcomed

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1,800 and EUR 2,900 per month (for a full-time role). 
The specific salary offered considers:
•    the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
•    the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
