Third Party Risk Management Technology Expert (Hybrid)
About the Team
We are a multi-location, global team recognized for our know-how, consulting/expertise and timely delivery within the support of our Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework. Our dynamic team leads, coordinates, designs and drives activities in support of the overall effective management of Swiss Re's third parties on a global basis. Your role would be part of the team based in Bratislava and develop and design enhancements across the entire TPRM framework, predominately from a tools, technology and data perspective as outlined by the Targeted Policy on Managing Third Parties and Targeted Standard on Outsourcing.
About the role:
In the role of Third Party Risk Management Expert you will get an exciting opportunity to join a diverse and motivated team, committed to delivering value, enabling effective third party risk management and governance, and execution of third party and outsourcing related strategies to our clients and partners across Swiss Re Group globally. You will drive design, coordination with IT teams and delivery enhancements across the entire TPRM technology framework. You will coordinate efforts and network with individuals across divisions and functions of the enterprise. Ensuring the Third Party Enablement team is provided the content, information/data that is relevant for group-wide oversight e.g. reporting transparency and dependencies regarding Third Parties
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing stakeholder requests in order to train them on use of Third Party Register/Third Party Inventory (TPI), adding new TPI fields/adjust TPI for regulation data points (business/regulatory requirements) so the business units/global functions can pull information and use it operationally day to day
• Responsible for following up with relationship managers on data gathering
• Developing Third Party data governance solutions in order to flag and report incomplete and inaccurate data. Exception reporting to stakeholders.
• TPRM tool configuration (e.g. assessments/workflows, additional logic, data attribute design, etc.)
• Monitoring of interfaces between TPRM landscape tools and dependencies to other non-TPRM specific tools e.g. Operational Resilience, Third Party Cyber Risk Management, Incident Management, etc. Reporting and escalation of gaps/issues
• Supporting preparation of TP data for incident management through the use of TPI to support requests relating to disruptions/EMT/IMT scenarios
• Support detailed TP data model design - framing and considering new data requests into the model and ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of TPRM solutions (test preparation, planning, execution, etc.), including validation in TPI of authorised change requests
• Training other stakeholders in relation TP data/tool dependencies for processes
• Support TP Risk intelligence data inputs and outputs to the TPRM landscape
• Design and configuration of reporting dashboards in TPRM landscape tools
• Supporting a proactive risk and control culture and continuous improvement
About you:
Essentials
• 10 or more years of business, outsourcing, third party risk management, leadership, third party regulation/compliance experience, technology (e.g. third party oversight, onboarding, audit & controls)
• Demonstration of excellence in business analysis and requirements capture
• Experience in configuring workflows, assessments, mapping data and processes across different teams
• Logical thinker, able to translate requirements into efficient logic based solutions
• Conceptual data modelling experience
• Reporting – enabling data flow for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)/Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
• Experience in project management methodologies and successfully leading multi-location projects /change management. e.g. a process perspective, Lean/Six sigma certification, change mangement or Agile a plus
• Effective training, persuasion and motivation of others in one to one or group settings and to varying Bands, especially in regards to TPRM Tools/technology
• Track record of delivering results working in global and diverse teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously delivering high quality results in terms of process, content and timeliness in a fast-paced environment
• Effective stakeholder management necessary
• Ability to inspire, work with and implement new TPRM practices
• TPRM Tool experience needed, OneTrust experience a plus
• Proven ability to influence people and teams including outside of direct line management control and comfortable working in a matrixed environment
• Excellent communication AND active listening
• Demonstrated effective people leadership and interaction skills
• Leading by example and inspiring desired behaviors in others
• Ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization

• Experience or willingness to develop virtual relationships in an international multicultural environment
• Advanced Microsoft office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, PowerApps/MS Suite
• Excellent command of the English language, any other additional languages are welcomed
Nice to haves
• Service Operational Control (SOC) reporting experience and certifications in CTPRP, CTPRA, CRCM, CRM, IRM an advantage
• TPRM capabilities, a detailed working knowledge of OneTrust or similar TPRM software a distinct advantage
• Insurance/reinsurance knowledge an advantage

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 2,900 and EUR 4,800 per month (for a full-time role).

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
