About the Role
We are looking for a Transformation Lead to join our Digital & Technology Re (D&T Re) Operations & Transformation team. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Operations & Transformation and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives that strengthen our organization, evolve our operating model, and maximize business impact.
You will independently lead complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives, translating strategic priorities into practical actions and measurable outcomes. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong analytical capabilities, sound judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a global organization.
You will collaborate closely with the D&T Re Leadership Team, the Operations & Transformation team, and the wider D&T Re community to help shape how our organization operates, develops its capabilities, and adapts to an evolving technology and business landscape.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic transformation initiatives across operating model evolution, organizational effectiveness, strategic workforce planning, technology-enabled productivity, and strategic partner optimization, with a focus on improving efficiency and maximizing business impact.
- Own and drive the execution of transformation initiatives, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, managing dependencies, proactively resolving challenges, and ensuring measurable outcomes.
- Partner with senior D&T and business leaders to shape transformation priorities, constructively challenge existing approaches, build stakeholder alignment, and drive decisions and implementation.
- Conduct strategic and operational analyses to identify opportunities, evaluate trade-offs, develop recommendations, and support data-driven decisions on organizational effectiveness and transformation priorities.
- Establish effective governance and execution frameworks, including clear milestones, performance indicators, and reporting mechanisms to create transparency, accountability, and alignment.
- Bring structure and clarity to complex or ambiguous challenges, identifying underlying issues, developing practical solutions, and driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver results.
- Develop executive-level recommendations, presentations, and decision materials for senior leadership and governance forums, translating complex information into clear insights and actionable proposals.
- Build trusted relationships across technology, business, and finance, navigating competing priorities and influencing outcomes without formal authority.
About you
- Strong experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives in large organizations, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution and accountability for results.
- Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, challenge assumptions, and translate complex challenges into actionable recommendations.
- Proven ability to independently drive initiatives from strategy through implementation, effectively managing competing priorities and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage, constructively challenge, and build alignment with senior stakeholders across functions and organizational levels.
- A proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset, demonstrating sound judgment, ownership, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Strong executive presentation and analytical skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and concisely. Fluent in English.
