Core responsibilities:

to coordinate local insurance Policy Issuance in close collaboration with our SwissRe offices around the world

to draft and review Policy documents
-
to validate data and correctly reflect it in our administration systems

to ensure proper cashflow management
-
to manage your market portfolio (market ownership, task delegation, ensuring timeliness & process adherence)

to proactively contribute to process and system development
Additionally, you will:

be a key contributor to Swiss Re's strategic area of growth, and ensure our service delivery is best in class

contribute to the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

About the Team
Our Team is part of Swiss Re Corporate Solutions Operations and we provide support to the Underwriting Teams in handling insurance business for our international customers.

You have:

Experience in the insurance industry, preferably International Business

Excellent communication skills, proficiency in English and German (any other European language is an advantage)

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

The ability to prioritize, plan, coordinate and handle various tasks

Experience with the use of Microsoft Office Package
For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1900 and EUR 3200 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
- the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
- the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, Swiss Re offers an attractive performance-based variable compensation component, designed to recognize your achievements. Further you will enjoy a variety of global and location specific benefits. Eligibility may vary depending on the terms of Swiss Re policies and your employment contract.
