Workforce Planning Business Analyst
Are you ready to help shape the future of Swiss Re? As a key person in the Strategic Workforce Planning & Analytics team, you will be designing and supporting new tools and processes that are used to manage the evolution of the entire Swiss Re organization. Plus, you will have flexibility in when, where, and how you work.
About the Role
You will work closely with workforce planners and managers throughout Swiss Re to analyze their requirements and design new solutions. These solutions will be implemented as new software features or new business processes or a combination of both. In addition, you will be involved in training and support for users of our operational workforce management software.
Key responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to define required software and process changes
- Provide support & training to end users
- Help drive successful transition to business as usual (BAU) operations

About You
You are highly analytical, customer-focused, an excellent communicator and passionate about solving workforce management challenges. You also thrive as part of a diverse global team – in which you have the opportunity to learn and solve challenging problems.
Essentials:
- Minimum five years of relevant business analysis experience
- Proven ability to analyze complex requirements and define process or tool changes
- Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or another relevant field
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
Nice to Haves:
- Previous experience in workforce management
- Professional certifications in business analysis, HR or related fields
For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 2900 and EUR 5000 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
- the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
- the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, Swiss Re offers an attractive performance-based variable compensation component, designed to recognise your achievements. Further you will enjoy a variety of global and location specific benefits.
