Student Worker in Relationship Management (Part-time employment)

Join our Customer and Distribution Management team as a Student Worker and help us build and maintain excellent relationships with our clients and brokers while developing your professional skills in a supportive, collaborative setting.

 

About the Role

 

As a Student Worker in Relationship Management, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customer engagement strategies and helping our team deliver exceptional service. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in relationship management while applying your analytical and presentation skills in a professional setting.

 

We expect the working hours to be approx. 20 hours on a weekly basis and is based in our Copenhagen office.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Assist in managing customer relationships by preparing meeting materials and following up on action items

  • Support the team in responding to insurance tenders with accurate and timely information

  • Help maintain and update customer systems to ensure customer information is current and accessible

  • Contribute to creating and refining presentations for client meetings and internal use

  • Perform data analysis to support strategic decision-making and customer targeting

  • Assist in pipeline management and tracking of business opportunities

  • Support the team with administrative tasks related to customer engagement activities

  • Help organize and coordinate customer events and meetings

 

About the Team

 

The Customer and Distribution Management team takes care of relationships with customers and brokers from both strategic and individual perspectives, ensuring they are aware of our value proposition. We manage our targeting and pipeline and support the rest of our colleagues in replying to insurance tenders. We also ensure we have updated and visually appealing presentations to use in meetings.

 

About You

 

You're a motivated student with strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills. You're detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn about relationship management in a professional environment. You enjoy working collaboratively but can also take initiative and work independently when needed.

 

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

 

  • Strong data analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present findings clearly

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization

  • Experience in creating professional PowerPoint presentations with strong visual appeal

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field)

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal

 

These are additional nice to haves:

 

  • Knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry

  • Danish language skills

  • Previous customer service or relationship management experience

  • Project management skills

  • Experience with data visualization tools
