Senior Sales Operations Analyst

 

About the Role

Join a dynamic, global team supporting Swiss Re’s Life & Health business across the U.S. and Canada. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will  play a key role in managing the end-to-end deal lifecycle—from initial quote through contract execution—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support Client Managers with non-client-facing activities, including pipeline tracking, KPI reporting, and analysis
  • Manage the deal lifecycle (Quote to Treaty), ensuring accurate and timely data entry across systems
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams to maintain data quality, process efficiency, and compliance with internal and external requirements
  • Act as a representative in business and technical meetings; track and follow up on key actions
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborate with system development teams
  • Ensure adherence to governance, risk, and audit standards
  • Contribute to process improvements, training initiatives, and operational projects

About the Team: Sales Operations sits at the center of the business, enabling client markets to focus on winning and growing client relationships while we ensure the operational foundation is accurate, efficient, and compliant. We support the full deal lifecycle—from origination through execution—by partnering closely with cross‑functional teams to manage processes, systems, data quality, KPIs, and controls. About You

Must-have:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, Teams, and Outlook
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and reading comprehension
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Self-starter who takes ownership, solves problems, and adapts to change
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Clear written communication skills for documentation and process improvement
  • Curiosity and a proactive approach to learning and improving processes

Nice to have:

  • Experience in re/insurance, particularly Life & Health

 

Our company operates under a hybrid work model, with the expectation that employees work from the office three days per week. Please note that this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship/visa transfers/visa extension or relocation support.

 

 

The estimated base salary range for this position is $52,000 to $78,000.  The specific salary offered for this, or any given role will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to job location, scope of role, qualifications, complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent, experience, education, and employer budget.  At Swiss Re, we take a "total compensation approach" when making compensation decisions. This means that we consider all components of compensation in their totality (such as base pay, short-and long-term incentives, and benefits offered), in setting individual compensation.
