Market Analyst

About the Role
- Provide L&H Client Managers with relevant stats/market landscape, market or industry trend in support of Client Strategy to drive the sales funnel
- Support Client Engagement Planning & Tracking; analysis and interpretation of results and creation of action plans in relation to client surveys
- Preparing high-quality, impactful marketing materials, support RfPs/tender packs for Sales initiative, pitch deck, partnership meetings for a targeted action
- Support internal processes for business onboarding, Outsourcing review & control, and provide general coordination with the cross-functional team
About the Team
L&H Market Analyst is part of the Sales Operations team and we are the driving force behind sales excellence. Our mission is to enable L&H Market Units (MUs) in their market and client related engagements to ultimately achieve the financial goals.
We are structured to:
- Be the go-to-partners for Client Managers (& MUs) in their day-to-day client-facing activities.
- Drive active collaboration & partnership amongst internally to foster best practices for sales & originations.
- Leveraging data and knowledge to bring market & client insights for a targeted action at MUs.
About You
Professional/technical experience
- Re/insurance knowledge and 3-5 years of experience in the industry; L&H specific knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Experts in knowledge and overview of business applications
- Experience in driving marketing initiatives
- Ability to take a broad perspective to see the bigger picture and determine actions
- Ability to identify and define solutions for complex problems by looking beyond existing methodologies and business functions
- Solid knowledge in visual design in PowerPoint and other Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
Language
- Strong command of English is a must, fluency in local language is a plus

- Strong analytical skills including evaluation, determining recommendations and communicating to the stakeholders while working within established guidelines and operating procedures;
- Excellent organizer, inclusive, flexible and able to work effectively under tight deadlines and execute both independently and in a team

- Courage to challenge status quo and explore new ideas that drive process simplification and improvement
- Proactive and with a strong can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
Candidate with less experience will be considered for Associate level position.
