Customer and Distribution Manager (Hybrid, 80-100%)

About the Role

You will be the main contact for customers at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, managing various risk transfer solutions, risk insights, and risk partnerships. You'll maintain broker relationships, develop new business through them, and uphold existing relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with assigned and prospective customers and brokers.

• Understand customer needs in risk transfer, risk insights, and risk partnerships, providing relevant solutions.

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver the best value propositions.

• Keep high-quality customer information in the CRM system.

About the Team

You will be part of the Customer and Distribution team for the BeNeLux & Nordics, reporting to the Head of CDM in Copenhagen. We are a dynamic team working on a daily basis crossfunctionally with internal and external stakeholders, the team is based in Hoofddorp and Copenhagen.

About You

We seek a forward-thinking team member with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. You should be able to engage constructively with both internal and external stakeholders.

You should have:

• At least 5 years of experience in relationship management at senior management level

• Experience in developing and binding complex transactions, including international programs and alternative risk transfer solutions.

• Advanced data analytics skills using tools like Power BI.

• A broad industry network with key partners, including corporate risk managers and brokers.

• Proficient language skills in Dutch and English.

For The Netherlands the base salary range for this position is between EUR 108,000 and EUR 162,000 (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:

• the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,

• the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills, and experience.

In the situation where you do not meet all the requirements or you significantly exceed these,

the offered salary may be below or above the advertised range.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based annual bonus.
