  • Fluent English is a must, other language skills, (e.g. Spanish) would be a plus
  • You have experience and/or a strong interest in loss prevention topics (e.g. fire protection, machinery breakdown, technical risk management)
  • Sound knowledge of international loss prevention/fire protection standards (e.g. NFPA or equivalent)
  • Previous experiences as "insurance" risk engineer would be ideal, experience in other Energy lines (Mining or Oil & Gas) would be advantageous
  • You have strong communication, negotiation and presenting skills, an entrepreneurial attitude, and a service mindset
  • You are a strong teammate but also able to work independently, often under pressure
  • You are willing to travel (around 20-30%)

About the Team:

The RES Power and Utilities team is part of RES Energy and includes many engineers located worldwide. All team members have different backgrounds and experiences in both conventional and renewable power generation. We have a wide collaboration with the market leading manufacturers within the different power generation branches, which puts us at the leading edge for new developments and technologies.

Job Location:  Houston, Atlanta or Miami. Teleworking would be an option based on qualifications.
