About the Role
As an Application Architect III, you will be at the heart of our technology evolution — evaluatingemerging technologies, designing robust solutions, and setting the technical direction for a large and talented developer community. You will work across the full solution development lifecycle, from concept and design through to delivery and production support, making a tangible difference to how Corporate Solutions operates globally.

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and prototype eme rging technologies in close collaboration with the Product Manager, drawing well-informed conclusions on their applicability to our landscape and leading the way in selecting the right solutions
Design and architect scalable, reusable solutions — producing model code and establishing patterns for a broader developer community to follow
Collaborate with business analysts to translate business requirements into system solution designs that prioritise quality, re-usability, scalability, availability, and maintainability
Define technical architecture across all phases of the solution development lifecycle —including modelling, design, development, system testing, and production support
Present and communicate architectural ideas and designs to diverse stakeholders,facilitating effective review sessions and collaborative brainstorming
Mentor and guide developers, ensuring code is developed in alignment with agreed architectural designs and best practices
Provide hands-on technical support to development teams, helping resolve complex technical challenges and unblocking delivery
Align solutions with Business Strategy and IT standards, ensuring every design decisionsupports long-term organisational goals

Our team is responsible for evaluating, designing, and
delivering innovative solutions within the CorSo technology landscape, applying the latesttechnologies to process large volumes of data and documents, manage complex business transactions, and deliver seamless user experiences across multiple platforms. We are

About You
You are a seasoned technology professional with a passion for architectural excellence and atalent for bringing clarity to complexity. You communicate with confidence, collaborate naturally across cultures and time zones, and take pride in guiding others toward high-quality outcomes.You are self-directed, analytically sharp, and energised by the challenge of solving real-world problems with innovative technology.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
8+ years of experience in Application Development, with a strong track record of delivering
enterprise-scale solutions
Expert-level proficiency in Java and Spring Boot, with deep understanding of reusable,
object-oriented software design patterns
Strong experience in RESTful service development, building robust and scalable APIs
Solid experience with JPA/Hibernate or other ORM technologies, and proficiency in SQL or
PL/SQL
Hands-on experience with Maven and continuous integration tools such as Bamboo or
Azure DevOps
These are additional nice to haves:
Experience with BPMN tools such as Camunda or Activiti for workflow and process
automation
Familiarity with NoSQL databases as a complement to relational database experience
Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React
Exposure to Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and distributed computing systems using event
sourcing and asynchronous messaging
Experience working in Cloud environments such as Cloud Foundry, Azure, or AWS
Familiarity with technical architecture modelling languages and tools such as UML and
Enterprise Architect (EA)
Well-versed in Agile SCRUM methodologies and experienced in working within iterative
delivery frameworks
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field
Proven experience working with diverse, multi-locational teams of internal and external
professionals

Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at
least three days per week
