About the Role

As a Data Scientist/Data Engineer on our Client Origination Team, you'll be the driving force behind our GenAI solutions. You'll architect and implement sophisticated AI systems that enhance our business capabilities while ensuring proper governance, security, and ethical considerations are maintained throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop agent-based AI systems, chatbots, and orchestration workflows that deliver tangible business value
  • Implement and optimize RAG architectures and LLM orchestration strategies for enterprise applications
  • Create and refine prompt engineering techniques to maximize AI system performance
  • Establish robust AI evaluation metrics and validation workflows to ensure solution quality
  • Produce comprehensive documentation for model behavior, governance reviews, and
  • compliance assessments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Ensure all AI implementations adhere to responsible and ethical AI principles
  • Maintain security and compliance standards throughout the AI development lifecycle

We leverage advanced AI technologies to enhance client engagement, streamline origination processes, and deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth. Our team combines technical expertise with domain knowledge to create AI systems that provide real competitive advantages in the reinsurance industry.

 

About You:

You're a technical innovator with a passion for building production-grade AI solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments and can translate complex technical concepts into clear explanations for diverse stakeholders. Your attention to detail ensures that your solutions are not only technically sound but also compliant with governance and ethical standards.

 

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirement:

  • 6-8 years of total experience with minimum 2+ years in AI/GenAI development
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing   Data pipeline/ prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, RAG architecture, and agent-based AI systems
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python, especially OOPS and Web Development frameworks (Flask, Fast API, etc.)
  • Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, Aws, GCP) and building/consuming REST APIs
  • Strong understanding of AI evaluation metrics, validation workflows, security considerations, and responsible AI principles

 

These are additional nice to have:

  • Experience with Azure AI services (OpenAI, AI Search, AI Foundry)
  • Knowledge of Databricks and PySpark for data processing
  • Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps tools (MLflow, LangChain, PromptFlow, vector DBs)
  • Experience with DevOps practices and additional programming languages
  • Hands-on experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Redis, FAISS, Milvus, Azure AI Search)
  • Knowledge of workflow engines, agent frameworks, and Infrastructure-as-Code
  • Exposure to document processing, summarization, data extraction, or enterprise search systems
