About You
To succeed in this role, you will possess …
- Over 15 years of experience in software engineering with strong fundamentals on data structures, algorithms & architecture patterns including strong exposure to insurance domain
- At least Ten years of experience in Java or .Net core and related technologies in a large enterprise system
- Have experience leading team members in cross-functional teams, operating effectively across the organization and within complex contexts.
- Being hands-on Engineer is key to be successful in this role.
- Substantial Technology background with experience in the delivering IT projects including cloud-native (Microsoft Azure) applications, and knowledge of state-of-the-art technology.
- Contribute to technical research and feasibility studies including GenAI capabilities
- Strong analytical skills, and seek problems in a structured way, joining your own creative ideas and those of others.
- Combined agile practices with collaborative skills across cultures, geographies and organizational levels.
- Committed to continuous learning and self-improvement.
- Good communication & presentation skills with proficiency in English
- Focus on outcome and getting things accomplished with a strong commitment to quality and timely customer service.
- At ease with leaving your comfort zone and dealing with ambiguity
- Understanding of insurance/reinsurance business is a plus.
- Understands the security vulnerabilities and have expertise to remediate them within the agreed SLAs
- Ability to run ITSM Level 3 applications that are hosted as SaaS
- Proficiency in English is required.
