IT Business Analyst

As a Squad Member, you collaborate closely with internal customers and your squad colleagues to develop and implement product increments and efficiently operate digital solutions. Building on priorities you and the squad decide on how to implement priority user stories. You will be fully responsible for the tasks you have assigned to yourself and for applying your technical expertise and experience with the strive to improve the value built for our and your client.

In addition to your affiliation with your squad, you are also a member of the Business Engineering chapter. In the chapter we come together with colleagues who share the same expertise, knowledge, align on common standards and best practice to ensure and continuously increase the efficiency of our capability.


In this role, you would:

  • Understand the business needs, systematically collect requirement across individual customers and translate those into technical specifications, using standard requirements engineering techniques.
  • Help improve the quality of user stories captured in the backlog.
  • Identify, raise and help to address potential impediments.
  • Guided by the Chapter Lead, continuously grow own technical and functional expertise to become more effective in contributing to your mission.
  • Adopt agile ways of working. Identify and help implement improvements to the squad's collaboration and delivery effectiveness.


About you

  • Practical experience and/or corresponding training in requirements engineering, ability to demonstrate techniques and tools (such as for example UML diagrams), used in concrete project implementations examples
  • Proven experience with MS Dynamics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (in English), including clear interpretation of technical topics to a non-technical audience
  • Strong problem-analysis and -solving skills
  • A curious approach, constantly seeking opportunities to improve and eager to learn
  • A great teammate attitude, pro-actively aligning with colleagues and contributing to the team's ability to self-organize
  • A Plus would be:
    • Experience with analyzing and validating data according to requirements and business strategy
    • Previous active participation in SaaS vendor selection process
