About the Finance Transformation Analyst Role
As a Finance Transformation Analyst, you will gain a broad perspective on how Finance operates and evolves within a global organization while contributing to initiatives that shape the future of Finance at Swiss Re. Working alongside Finance leaders, project teams, and process excellence professionals, you will support transformation initiatives that enhance processes, strengthen controls, improve decision-making, and drive operational efficiency across the business. You will contribute to high-profile projects, collaborate with stakeholders across teams, and gain exposure to change management, process improvement, governance, and finance operations. Through these experiences, you will develop a strong foundation in project execution, stakeholder management, and transformation within a dynamic business environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Support strategic Finance transformation initiatives that improve processes, controls, and operational effectiveness
- Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, track action items, and support issue resolution across multiple workstreams
- Partner with business stakeholders and project teams to deliver key project milestones and objectives
- Document and analyze business processes, leveraging technology and innovative approaches to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Prepare updates, presentations, and communications for Finance leadership and senior stakeholders
- Support governance and reporting activities related to transformation programs and strategic initiatives
- Perform and monitor centralized internal controls that contribute to a strong risk and control environment
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that drive continuous improvement, process excellence, and innovation within Finance
- Apply data, digital tools, and emerging technologies to support process optimization and business decision-making
- Collaborate across teams and functions to build relationships, share knowledge, and support successful project outcomes

About the Team:
The Americas Carrier Management team is responsible for delivering reporting, consolidation, analysis, and operational support that enables informed decision-making across the organization.

We are looking for people who:

Have completed, or are about to complete, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Project Management, Business, or a related field. Relevant masters or doctoral degrees may also be considered

Have demonstrated academic rigor through course selection and performance; a cumulative minimum GPA of 3.0 is expected

The base salary for this role is $70,000. Candidates with advanced degrees may be eligible for a higher base compensation. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect the base salary only and do not include short-term incentives or other benefits offered.
